Cabbagetown Cottage

A dream cottage to match the cute neighborhood it is nestled in.

This house had tons of potential, but some questionable space planning and functional but not terribly nice finishes. We wanted the spaces to shine — to really reflect the beauty and comfort of family life. The kitchen got a total rehaul. a large pantry closet and a laundry closet were removed to make more room and improve the flow as well as add light. The bathrooms went from blah to spa with timeless tile choices and some vintage mirrors and fixtures. Built-ins framed out a fireplace and added a ton of visual interest and a place to showcase the owners books and curios.

It turned into a pretty happy place.
